My name is Morgan Lynn Sterrett and I am a Kansas City-based performer and teacher!

Originally from Overland Park, I began studying voice at the age of ten and theatre shortly followed. I made my grand theatrical debut starring as who number 47 in Seussical! Growing up, I had the privilege to perform with training programs such as Music Theatre Kansas City, Stageworx, and Shawnee Mission Theatre in the Park (the largest outdoor community theatre in the country).

In 2017, I became a proud member of the Equity Membership Candidate Program. And in December of 2018, I received my bachelor's degree in theatre performance from Kansas State University (EMAW).

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I found myself as a substitute teacher, working on a masters in education and teaching certification in speech/theatre, and a dog mom to an amazing little boy pug named Pugsworth.

Through my years I have found that I love giving back the great theatrical education that was gifted to me. I am currently on the teaching artist roster at Musical Theater Heritage, Summer at Barstow, and the Coterie.
